No "strong capability" boilerplate — just equipment, processes and verifiable numbers
Equipment & Capacity
The internal mixing center went live in October 2023 with automatic batching; at the same time we added 1 injection molding machine and 3 four-meter vulcanizing presses, lifting capacity 30% over the pre-upgrade level. The same year saw two two-story warehouses and a three-story mixing workshop added, 1,408 m² of new floor space. Mixing, extrusion, vulcanization, injection molding, machining, stamping, trimming and assembly are all in our own workshops.
Testing & Quality
Our own laboratory tests vulcanization curves, tensile strength, aging resistance, abrasion and other physical properties. Every batch of rubber compound gets a vulcanization curve test, with periodic sampling checks before release to production; in-process and final inspections set separate sampling rates by product characteristics, so problems are caught in time.
Mold Design & Development
We independently design and build wheel-jointing fixtures, assembly fixtures and runout inspection fixtures, plus rubber, stamping and injection molds, with in-house rubber compound development. A dedicated R&D team covers mold development, process improvement, fixture design and rubber formulation.
